July 2007 - Blessing of the Fleet

2007 Island Fair                                                                                        

Ginny Foster serves up an ice cream cone at the Island Fair.  Proceeds from the WIYC Ice Cream booth go to the Clay Blair Memorial Scholarship Fund for graduates of the Washington Island School.

New WIYC Trailer                                                                                      

Those who attended the Commodore's party were greeted by the Club's new trailer.  This trailer will be used to store the chairs, coolers and other materials we use for gatherings that are normally spread around the island in member's basements and sheds.  The prominent signage will serve as a "goodwill amabassador" for all who see it.  Special thanks go to Commodore Charlie Imig for pulling it all together and Ham Rutledge for helping produce the terrific signage.
